Ranch Sandwich Mexican,Other Handheld Poultry
  • 1 Telera roll
  • 2 oz Honey hot ranch (recipe below)
  • 3 oz Chicken, crispy
  • 1 oz Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 oz White onion, sliced
  • 1/4 Avocado, sliced
  • 3 Jalapeño rings, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped

  • Ingredients - Honey Hot Ranch
  • 2 cup Ken's Honey Hot Wing Sauce & Glaze
  • 2 cup Ken's Home Style Ranch Dressing
  • 1.  
  • 2.  Spray flat grill and toast roll, cut side down, on grill. Remove. Drizzle each side of bread with 1 oz Honey Hot Ranch.
  • 3.  Place cheese on chicken and melt.
  • 4.  When cheese is melted, place chicken on bottom half of roll. Top chicken with tomato, white onion, avocado, jalapeno, cilantro, and arugula.
  • 5.  Place top half of bread on sandwich, slice in half, and serve.

  • 8.  Combine Honey Hot Wing Sauce and Home Style ranch and mix well.
  • 9.  Label, date, and refrigerate.
