The Corned Beef Special

French Sandwiches Other Handhelds Beef
  • 4 oz Slaw mix, cabbage & carrots blend
  • 1.5 oz Ken's California French Dressing
  • 2 each Marble rye slices
  • 6 oz Corned beef, thin sliced
  • 1 oz Swiss Cheese, sliced
  • 4 each Dill pickles, sliced
  • 1.  Start by blending the slaw mix with the California French Dressing. Place rye slices on a cutting board and place corned beef on one slice. Top corned beef with slaw mix, swiss cheese, then pickles. Place second rye slice on top and cut sandwich in half before plating.
