Texas Chicken Flatbread Nacho

Specialty Dressings/Vinaigrettes Appetizer Mexican Poultry
  • 1 each Flatbread dough, rectangle
  • 4 fl oz Pepper-jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 fl oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 each Ancho Chili Lime Marinated chicken breast, grilled
  • 1 each Fire roasted poblano, peeled, seeded, sliced
  • 1 fl oz Tomatoes, diced
  • 8 each Avocado, slices
  • 8 each Jalapeño slices, in brine
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeño Ranch Crema
  • 1.  Sprinkle flatbread dough evenly with shredded cheeses, marinated grilled chicken, fire roasted poblano and tomato. Place in 500F oven until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and layer with fresh avocado slices and jalapeños then drizzle with Jalapeño Ranch Crema.
