Tempura East Coast Oysters

  • 4 East Coast oysters
  • 2 oz Tempura batter
  • 4 sheets Nori paper
  • 1 cup Sushi rice
  • 2 oz Sweet red chili BBQ Sauce (1 part Sweet Red Chili Wing Glaze + 1 part Original Award Winning Barbecue Sauce)
  • 2 oz Cucumber Wasabi Dressing
  • 1 tbsp scallions, sliced
  • 1.  Heat oil in fryer to 350°F. Dip oysters in batter and fry until golden.

  • 3.  Place rice in nori wrap. Top with oyster.

  • 5.  Drizzle with sweet red chili BBQ sauce and Cucumber Wasabi Dressing. Garnish with scallions.
