Shrimp And Avocado Salad

Specialty Dressings/Vinaigrettes Entrée Salad/Pasta Salad,Seafood Pork,Shellfish
  • 3 oz Ken's Creamy Garlic Dressing
  • 3 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1.4 cup Red Bell Pepper large diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage julienne
  • 3 tbsp Smoked Bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dill picked
  • 1 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper fresh ground
  • 6-8 Shrimp poached, peeled, & deveined
  • 1.  With the exception of the dressing, gently mix all ingredients well and place in decorative salad bowl or plate.
  • 2.  Drizzle with half of the dressing and serve the remaining on the side.
  • 3.  Serve immediately.
