Shaved Cauliflower Salad

Specialty Dressings/Vinaigrettes Entrée,Appetizer Salad/Pasta Salad Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Small head white cauliflower, shaved
  • 1/2 cup Small head purple cauliflower, shaved |
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, green parts only, sliced
  • 2 cups Curly kale, torn
  • 1/2 cup Red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries, dried
  • 6 oz Ken’s Sherry Shallot Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, caramelized
  • 1.  Combine the white cauliflower, purple cauliflower, green onions, kale, grapes and cranberries in a large bowl.
  • 2.   Add the dressing to the salad and toss to combine.
  • 3.  Plate and sprinkle the toasted pecans over the top just before serving.
