Scallop And Grapefruit Salad

Specialty Dressings/Vinaigrettes Entrée Salad/Pasta Salad,Seafood Shellfish
  • 3 oz Ken's Champagne Vinaigrette
  • 4 cups Boston lettuce lightly packed
  • 1/4 cup Grapefruit segments
  • 2 tbsp Honey Toasted Almonds purchased
  • 1/2 cup Avocado diced
  • 2 tbsp Red onion diced
  • 3 tbsp Charred corn
  • 3 tbsp Boursin cheese crumbled
  • 4 Jumbo Sea Scallops seared, roasted
  • 1.  Place all ingredients on a decorative plate or bowl, drizzle with half of the dressing and serve the rest on the side.
  • 2.  Serve immediately.
