Roman Pasta Salad

Balsamic Side Dishes,Entrées Pasta Salads/Slaws/Grains Vegetables
  • 1 lb three Cheese Tortellini, cooked & chilled
  • 2 oz roasted red pepper strips
  • 3 artichoke hearts cut into quarters
  • 12 each half Kalamata olive pieces
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
  • 12 each banana pepper rings
  • 1/2 tsp ea of fresh chopped basil, thyme & rosemary
  • 8 oz Ken's Creamy White Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 cups spring lettuce mix
  • 1 chilled bowl for mixing
  • 1.  Gently toss all ingredients together in a chilled bowl. Be sure to evenly distribute dressing & ingredients.
