  • 3 oz Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Butter/Boston lettuce cleanes, large cut
  • 1/2 Endive julienne lengthwise
  • 9 Raspberries
  • 8 Chives cut 2 inches long
  • 1/4 cups Danish Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1.  Using a large mixing bowl gently mix all ingredients well and place on a decorative serving plate.
