Pulled Barbecue Chicken Loaded Fries

Seafood Sauces Appetizer Barbecue,French Fry Poultry,Pork
  • 12 oz Crinkle cut fries (or your favorite fries)
  • 1/2 tsp Devil's Dust os seasoned salt (see recipe below)
  • 1/2 cup Queso
  • 11/2 cup Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend shredded
  • 4 oz Pulled smoked chicken tossed in SBR Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Cooked applewood-smoked bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream or Mexican crema
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • 3 oz Ken's Remoulade Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic granulated
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle powder ground
  • 1 tsp Jalapeno powder ground
  • 1 tsp Cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon zest finely chopped
  • 1.  Fry crinkle cut fries until crispy, then season with devil’s dust or seasoned salt.
  • 2.  Top with queso, shredded cheese, pulled chicken, and bacon.
  • 3.  Melt cheese under cheese melter or salamander.
  • 4.  Garnish with sour cream/crema and chopped cilantro.
  • 5.  Serve with a side of Ken’s Remoulade for dipping.
