Pastrami Sandwich With Spicy Harissa Beer Mustard

  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 oz Deli-Shaved Pastrami
  • 2 oz Spicy Harissa Beer Mustard
  • 2 slices Jarlsberg Cheese
  • 2 slices Pumpernickel or Dark Rye Bread
  • 2 cups Ken's Brewpub Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Harissa Paste
  • 1.  Lightly butter the outsides of the bread.
  • 2.  On the inside of the bread, spread each piece with the Harissa Beer Mustard.
  • 3.  Top with one slice of cheese, the pastrami and the other slice of cheese.
  • 4.  Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • 5.  Add the sandwich and cook, pressing occasionally with a spatula until the bread is toasted and the cheese melts, about 2 minutes per side.
  • 6.  Remove, cut in half and serve.
