Mediterranean Vegetable Pizza

Italian Appetizer,Entrée Pizza Vegetables
  • 1 12" Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella
  • 1.2 cup Fontina Cheese
  • 6 Sliced Plums
  • 6 Roasted Eggplant
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion julienne
  • 12 Kalamata Olives
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach garnish
  • 2 oz Ken's Italian Dressing
  • 1 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1.  Top crust with cheeses.
  • 2.  Top with sliced plums, roasted eggplant, red onion and Kalamata olives.
  • 3.  When pizza exits top with spinach tossed in Italian Herb Vinaigrette and garnish with feta.
