Lockhart Texas Toast Brisket Sandwich

Cole Slaw Sandwiches Barbecue,Other Handhelds Beef
  • 4 slices Texas Toast lightly buttered and grilled
  • 2 oz Ken's Magic Blend Cole Slaw Dressing
  • 6 Dill Pickle Slices
  • 2 oz BBQ Beef Brisket heated and sliced (Use Texas Smoked Brisket)
  • 2 slices Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 fl oz Sweet Baby Rays Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 1.  Place 1 fl-oz of sauce on each slice of grilled bread.
  • 2.  Divide brisket on bottom half of bread and top brisket with cheese, slaw & pickle slices.
  • 3.  Drizzle remaining sauce over slaw & pickles.
  • 4.  Top with 2nd slice of bread.
  • 5.  Serve immediately.
