Lime Marinated Fried Sole

Fruit/Citrus Entrées Seafood Fish
  • ¼ cup Ken's Lime Vinaigrette
  • 4 Sole Filets 3-6oz each
  • Fish Fry Breading
  • 3 fl oz Ken's Chipotle Mayonnaise Sauce
  • ¼ cup Pico De Gallo
  • 1.  Marinate the sole filets for 1-2 hours in the Ken’s Lime Vinaigrette Dressing and Marinade.
  • 2.  Prepare the fish fry breading as directed.
  • 3.  Bread the sole removing any excess liquid from the sole prior to the breading process.
  • 4.  Deep fry and serve with a side of Chipotle Mayo and Pico De Gallo.
  • 5.  Serve immediately.
