Jalapeño Beer Mustard Bacon Cheddar Charburger

Specialty Sauces Sandwich Burger/Hot Dog Beef,Pork
  • 1 Large Kaiser bun toasted
  • 2 tbsp Jalapeño Brewpub Style Mustard
  • 2 Beef patties
  • 2 tbsp Grilled onions
  • 2 Smoked bacon slices
  • 1 Cheddar cheese slices
  • 5 Pickles sliced
  • 2 fl oz Lettuce shredded
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced
  • 12 fl oz Ken's Brewpub Mustard
  • 2 fl oz Pickled jalapeños chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Toast buns and spread with Jalapeño Brewpub Style Mustard on top and bottom.
  • While grilling beef patties, after first flip place grilled onion and bacon on top of one patty and one slice of cheddar cheese on top of other patty.
  • Place the cheddar-topped patty on top of the onion-bacon-topped patty and remove to bottom bun.
  • Place pickles, shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top of burger patties. Top with bun and serve.
