Italian Sandwiches Other Handhelds Pork
  • 8 oz Roasted Pork Shoulder Salt & Pepper Roasted, sliced or pulled
  • 2 fl oz Ken's Essentials Italian Herb Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 3 fl oz Ken's Basil Pesto Aioli
  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 2 oz Baby Arugula
  • 1.  Toss heated pork with Ken’s Italian Herb Vinaigrette.
  • 2.  Spread Ken’s Basil Pesto Mayonnaise on ciabatta tops & bottoms.
  • 3.  Divide arugula on bun heels and divide pork on top of the arugula.
  • 4.  Place roll top on & serve.
