Grilled Wasabi Scallops

Asian Entrées Seafood Shellfish
  • 8 each Jumbo scallops
  • 3 fl oz Ken's Cucumber Wasabi Dressing
  • 2 oz Cucumber salsa
  • 3 oz Steamed brown rice
  • 3 oz Steamed green beans
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1.  Heat oil in nonstick pan on medium-high heat.
  • 2.  Sprinkle scallops with salt & pepper.
  • 3.  Pan-sear scallops on each side until golden brown (cook scallops to medium)
  • 4.  Deglaze with Ken’s Cucumber Wasabi Dressing.
  • 5.  Place scallops on bed of brown rice and pour excess sauce over scallops and rice.
  • 6.  Serve with steamed green beans.
