Grilled Romaine Wedge Caesar Salad

Ken's Roman Caesar Dressing
- 4 oz
Chicken breast, grilled, chopped
- 2 each
Romaine lettuce heart wedges (cut the romaine heart in half lengthwise)
- 2 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup
- 3 tbsp
Shredded asiago cheese, or parmesan cheese
- 1. Using a large mixing bowl, gently toss the romaine lettuce with the olive oil.
- 2. Season the romaine with the salt and black pepper.
- 3. Lightly char grill over high heat just to impart a touch of flavor and color.
- 4. Place all ingredients neatly on a decorative serving plate with a side of Ken’s Roman Caesar Dressing.
