Grilled Romaine Wedge Caesar Salad

Caesar Entrée Salad/Pasta Salad Poultry
  • 6 fl oz Ken's Roman Caesar Dressing
  • 4 oz Chicken breast, grilled, chopped
  • 2 each Romaine lettuce heart wedges (cut the romaine heart in half lengthwise)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • dash Kosher salt
  • dash Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Croutons
  • 3 tbsp Shredded asiago cheese, or parmesan cheese
  • 1.  Using a large mixing bowl, gently toss the romaine lettuce with the olive oil.
  • 2.  Season the romaine with the salt and black pepper.
  • 3.  Lightly char grill over high heat just to impart a touch of flavor and color.
  • 4.  Place all ingredients neatly on a decorative serving plate with a side of Ken’s Roman Caesar Dressing.
