Grilled Rib Eye With Cilantro Green Chili Aioli

Flavored Mayonnaise/Aioli,Mayonnaise Entrée Beef
  • 1 1/4 lb Bone-in rib eye steak, about 1 1/2-inches thick
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 3 oz Cilantro Green Chili Aioli
  • Cilantro Green Chili
  • 2 cups Ken's Green Chili Aioli
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1.  Prepare the Cilantro Green Chili Aioli by mixing chopped cilantro with Ken's Green Chili Aioli.
  • 2.  Season both sides of rib eye with salt and pepper.
  • 3.  Grill the steak over moderately high heat until desired doneness.
  • 4.  Let the steak rest for 5 minutes.
  • 5.  Slice and serve with a ramekin of the Cilantro Green Chili Aioli.
