Golden Barbecue Chicken Skewer

Fruit/Citrus Entrée Barbecue Poultry
  • 8 oz Boneless chicken breast cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 each 2" Chunks of red bell pepper, green bell pepper & yellow bell pepper
  • 3 each 2" Chunks each of red onion & yellow onion
  • 1 8" Bamboo skewer
  • 4 oz Brown butter sautéed couscous with chopped parsley
  • 3 oz Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Golden Brown Barbecue sauce
  • Skewer chicken and vegetables as shown in picture.
  • Marinate chicken skewer in Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill, skewer and lather with Sweet Baby Ray’s Golden Brown Barbecue sauce, serve on top of couscous.
