Golden Barbecue Chicken Skewer

Boneless chicken breast cut into 4 pieces
- 1 each
2" Chunks of red bell pepper, green bell pepper & yellow bell pepper
- 3 each
2" Chunks each of red onion & yellow onion
8" Bamboo skewer
- 4 oz
Brown butter sautéed couscous with chopped parsley
- 3 oz
Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette
Sweet Baby Ray’s Golden Brown Barbecue sauce
- 1. Skewer chicken and vegetables as shown in picture.
- 2. Marinate chicken skewer in Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Grill, skewer and lather with Sweet Baby Ray’s Golden Brown Barbecue sauce, serve on top of couscous.
