Genoa Antipasti Salad

Italian Entrée Salad/Pasta Salad Pork
  • 2 oz Roasted red pepper strips
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh chopped garlic
  • 2 cups Spring lettuce mix
  • 1/2 cup Sliced petite cucumbers
  • 2 oz Capicola ham, spicy, sliced
  • 2 oz Genoa Salami, sliced
  • 2 oz Cooked ham, sliced
  • 2 oz Provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 oz Red onion, julienned
  • 10 each Fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 6 oz Ken's Bella Toscana Dressing
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • Chilled bowl for mixing
Mix all ingredients well.
