Farmer’s Market Salad

  • 3 fl oz Ken's Essentials Deluxe Ranch Dressing
  • 6 oz Chicken breast, skin on, herb roasted
  • 2 cups Mixed baby greens
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 each Asparagus spears, roasted, halved
  • 1/2 cup Zucchini, sliced, grilled
  • 1/2 cup Summer squash, sliced, grilled
  • 2 each Egg, hard cooked, halved
  • 1/2 cup Portabello mushroom, grilled, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Vidalia onion, grilled, sliced
  • 2 each Roma tomatoes, halved, roasted
  • 1/2 cup Corn bread croutons
  • 1.  Using a large mixing bowl, gently toss the following ingredients; mixed baby greens, baby spinach, asparagus, zucchini, summer squash, Portobello mushrooms, and Vidalia onion.
  • 2.  Place on a decorative plate or bowl and top with the roasted chicken, egg, roasted tomatoes, and corn bread croutons.
  • 3.  Serve with a side of Ken’s Essentials Ranch Dressing.
  • 4.  Serve immediately.
