Fall Harvest Salad

Fruit/Citrus Entrée,Appetizer Salad/Pasta Salad
  • 3 cups Baby kale
  • 3 cups Romaine, cut ½ inch
  • 2 cups Butternut, roasted, small diced
  • 1 cup Roasted apples, sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber, ½ inch diced
  • 1 cup Pomegranate avrils
  • 6 oz. Lemon maple vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • For Lemon Maple Vinaigrette:
  • 8 oz. Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 2 oz. Maple Syrup
Mix all ingredients well.
