  • 2 oz Ken's Chipotle Ranch Dressing
  • 2 oz Black bean spread, prepared
  • 4 slices Cucumber, sliced lengthwise, 2-inch lengths
  • 4 slices Tomato, 5x6 sliced
  • 2 tbsp Pickled radish, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro leaves
  • 4 slices Avocado
  • 1 oz Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 3 slices Thick cut bread
  • 1 each Chicken breast, grilled
  • Black Bean Spread
  • 2 cups Canned black beans, drained
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
Mix all ingredients well.
