Chop Chop Salad

  • 8 oz Radicchio chopped
  • 8 oz Jicama chopped
  • 8 oz Red pepper chopped
  • 8 oz Green pepper chopped
  • 8 oz Celery chopped
  • 8 oz Rainbow carrots chopped
  • 8 oz Red onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp Parsley leaves chopped
  • 12 oz Ken's Cucumber Wasabi Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.  Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl with Ken’s Cucumber Wasabi Dressing and toss until well coated. Chill and serve with sesame rice crackers and Tuna tartar.
