Cavatappi Pasta Salad

  • 1 1/2 cup Ken's Golden Italian Dressing
  • 8 cups Cavatappi pasta Cooked
  • 2 cups Grilled chicken Large, dice
  • 1 pt Grape tomatoes Halved
  • 3 cups Baby kale Chopped
  • 1 cup Yellow bell pepper Julienne
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper Medium Dice
  • 1/2 cup Capers Drained
  • 2 cups Asparagus Diced, blanched
  • 2 tbsp Basil Fresh, chiffonade
  • tt Kosher salt
  • tt Black pepper
  • 1.  Using a large mixing bowl gently toss the all of the ingredients well. Season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.
