Caprese Salad

  • 1 1/2 oz Ken's Bella Toscana Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Ken's Signature Sauces Balsamic Fig Glaze
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black pepper Fresh cracked
  • 1 each Vine ripe tomato (5x6 or smaller) 4 slices each
  • 3 each Mozzarella cheese fresh sliced
  • 3 each Basil leaves
  • 1 each Focaccia bread Sliced thing, grilled, cut in two
  • 2 tbsp Baby Tomato Salad
  • Baby Tomato Salad
  • 2 oz Ken's Bella Toscana Dressing
  • 1 pt Black cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 pt Red grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 pt Yellow grape tomatoes halved
  • 1.  Baby Tomato Salad: mix well and reserve refrigerated until needed.
  • 2.  Slice the tomato into 4 slices and stack the three slices of mozzarella and fresh basil between the tomatoes. Tooth pick and place on a decorative plate with the grilled focaccia bread and baby tomato salad. Drizzle with the Bella Toscana, Balsamic Fig and EXVOO then a few twists of a pepper mill and serve.
