Bulgur Dried Cherry Salad

Fruit/Citrus Entrée Salad/Pasta Salad Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Bulgur cooked
  • 1 cup Red Swiss chard cut 1/4 inch
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp Dried cherries
  • 3 oz Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 1 oz Greek style yogurt
  • 1 each Lemon wedge
  • Place bulgur, chard, spinach, tarragon, mint and cherries in a bowl.
  • Toss with Ken’s Lemon Vinaigrette.
  • Mound and garnish with dollop of yogurt and lemon wedge.
