Broccoli Salad

Mayonnaise Side Dishes Salads Vegetables
  • 1 1/2 cups Ken's Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ken's Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
  • 16 cups Broccoli forets, blanched
  • 2 cups Raisins
  • 4 cups Carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 cups Red onions, small dice
  • 2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1.  Mix the Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing and the Extra Heavy Mayonnaise.
  • 2.  Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  • 3.  Remove to storage container and refrigerate until needed.
