Blackened Steak Flatbread

Appetizer Pizza Beef
  • 3 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fire roasted red bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 4 oz Steak, cajun seasoned & blackened, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Ken's Balsamic Fig Glaze
  • 1 each Flatbread dough 4x12
  • 1.  Top the flat bread with Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce, getting ¼ inch from each side.
  • 2.  Top the sauce evenly with the mozzarella cheese, fire roasted red bell pepper, and crumbled blue cheese.
  • 3.  Bake at 425 F until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • 4.  Top with the sliced blackened steak and baby spinach.
  • 5.  Slice, and serve immediately, drizzled with the Ken’s Balsamic Fig Glaze.
