Bean Salad

Italian Side Dish Salad/Pasta Salad Vegetables
  • 1 cup Ken's Essentials Italian Herb Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 cups Green beans, blanched
  • 2 cups Garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup Edamame, cooked
  • 1 cup Roasted corn
  • 1/2 cup Red pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 cup Yellow pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, small dice
  • 1/2 cup Celery, small dice
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, small dice
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp Basil, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
Mix all ingredients well.
