Baja Fish Tacos

Ranch Appetizers,Entrées Mexican,Seafood Fish
  • 1/2 cup Ken's Jalapeño Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro Lime Slaw, prepared
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle Pico de Gallo, prepared
  • 6 each Mahi Mahi, seasoned, grilled, 1oz portions
  • 3 each Avocado slices
  • 3 each Flour tortillas, small
  • 1.  Mix the Jalapeño Ranch Dressing and the sour cream and reserve.
  • 2.  Quickly heat each of the flour tortillas to allow them to bend and fold easily.
  • 3.  Fill each tortilla equally with slaw, avocado, fish, Pico, drizzle of jalapeño sour cream.
  • 4.  Serve more jalapeño sour cream on the side as needed.
